Wesley’s Way Foundation was able to help purchase art supplies for a classroom at Bartlett Elementary School in Goffstown, NH. This donation reaches 180 students in grades 1-4. Below is a description from Lisa Blanchette, the Art Teacher at Bartlett:

Students can either work with the “demo of the day” or explore independently in the center of their choice. They are encouraged to work as artists, developing their own ideas and interests. Bartlett students have embraced this approach, enjoying the freedom to express their creativity. A highlight is our new “3D Design Center,” which has quickly become a favorite. Before this year, students had limited exposure to three-dimensional art, creating mainly two-dimensional pieces due to a lack of an art room. In the 3D Design Center, students use recycled materials to create sculptures and “inventions,” promoting skills like problem-solving, collaboration and measuring. The results have been impressive, with creations ranging from robots to buildings and animals.
