Wesley attended Alpha-Bits Learning Center since he was an infant.  The last room he was in was Fluffernutters, a pre-school room.  He loved going to school to learn, play with his friends, and have fun.  It seemed all the kids loved him, and so did the teachers.  Often times, when we would go to pick him up at the end of the day, the teachers would say “Why do you have to take the only child that is helping pick up and clean?”  He was always good at helping with clean-up.

Wesley had so many friends, many from Alpha-Bits, but also had others outside of school as well.  One of their favorite activities was playing at play centers, such as Nuthin’ but Good Times, Chuck E Cheese, and Cowabungas.

Wesley loved his dog Coco.  He always wanted to play with her, and he helped feed her breakfast and dinner every day since he was three years old.

He loved animals and farms.  He had a farm birthday party for his 4th birthday.  And his Halloween costumes were always animals (Monkey, Cow, Pig).  He was supposed to be a horse for Halloween in 2018.

Wesley loved doing arts and crafts.  And he always helped with the garden, watered the plants, and helped with planting trees and digging holes.

Wesley also liked watching sports.  When he watched the Patriots, he loved talking about Tom Brady.  And for the Celtics, Kyrie Irving, Jason Tatum, and Jalen Brown were his favorites.

He played a few sports.  He took swimming classes ever since he was a baby, and he will tell you he was the best jumper in his class (and he was).  Wes played soccer at the YMCA in Goffstown and also in a league in Hooksett.  Wesley had just started learning to ski at MyIntyre in 2018.

Wesley loved reading books.  Some of his favorites were “I Can’t Said the Ant”, “Pete the Cat”, and “Good Night Moon”.

He loved watching movies.   The Ice Age movies were his favorite.  He called them “the squirrel movies”.  Collision Course was his favorite.  Other movies he liked were Secret Life of Pets, Finding Dory, Cars, and Frozen.

He also had a lot of favorite TV shows:

  • Paw Patrol
  • Blaze
  • Mickey Mouse Clubhouse
  • Mickey Roadsters
  • Blue’s Clues
  • Shimmer and Shine
  • Little Einsteins
  • Wonder Pets
  • Thomas the Train

In March of 2018, he got to see Paw Patrol Live in Boston.  And he was the best behaved child in the whole auditorium!

Wesley loved playing with his favorite toys:

  • Cars and racetracks
  • Trains
  • Building with blocks
  • Building with magnetic tiles
  • Marbles
  • Stuffed animals
  • Tools
  • Cooking in kitchen

He loved playing games:

  • Candy Land
  • Memory Games (he would always win!)
  • Shoots and Ladders
  • Hungry Hungry Hippos
  • Pop the Pig
  • Mr. Bucket
  • Fishing – two types of games

Wesley loved running and playing outside:

  • playing Frisbee
  • throwing/kicking/chasing balls
  • racing
  • playing tag
  • swinging and sliding on his playground
  • he was just learning how to ride his bike
  • driving his Jeep

Wesley got to travel a little.  He made it to Tennessee twice, and to the Outer Bank, NC twice.
